Donations made to Pragati Marg Foundation through this website are voluntary contributions intended to support the Foundation's charitable activities and initiatives.
2. Donation Cancellation
Once a donation transaction has been successfully completed, it may not normally be cancelled through the website.
If you believe that a transaction was made in error, duplicated, or affected by a technical issue, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
A request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Where a refund is approved, it may generally be processed back through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider and banking procedures.
